Why shop on Shopify instead of Etsy? 

Shopify has some added benefits! For starters, all listings are approximately $0.20 (20c) cheaper than Etsy because there is no listing fees. 

On top of all that, you have a chance to earn reward points that will add up to some pretty awesome extras, such as $$ off your next purchase(s). 

You will also get up-to-date mails with my newest releases and when the releases will go up!

I purchased from you on Etsy before you opened your Shopify, can I still get my reward points?

YES! Please message me on Etsy with the email you used to sign up for Shopify.

What is your average processing time?  

On normal occasions: 1 - 5 days

During sales or collabs: up to 2 weeks

How long does it take for my package to arrive?

USA Domestic (no tracking): 5 - 10 days

USA Domestic (tracked): 3 - 7 days

International (no tracking): 5 - 20 days

International (tracked): 5 - 15 days

Why doesn't my shipping notification have a tracking number?

In order to keep shipping costs down for everyone, I have the option to mail out orders using First Class Stamp. You have the option of upgrading it to tracked if you would like a shipping number.

I accidentally put an incorrect shipping address on my order! What can I do?

Please email me as soon as possible! I will try my best to intercept your order and replace the address.

Why do you have a limited selection on foil?

I'm a fairly new shop, but I strive to keep my prices as low as possible! This means I buy almost everything in bulk. Foil is fairly expensive in bulk, and as a result, I chose the color(s) based on how sales are going. In the future, I hope to expand the selection :)

After receiving my shipping notification email, how long after until you drop off the package(s) at the post office?

Weekdays before 2pm, I will be dropping it off the same day.

Weekdays after 2pm, I will be dropping it off the next day.

Saturdays before 11am, I will be dropping it off the same day ** 

Sundays, I will be dropping it off the next business day

** while I strive to drop off the same day on Saturday, due to the limited business hours, it may be moved to next business day (usually Monday)

** all of these dates are referring to business days/hours of USPS
