Processing & Shipping Time

Processing Time: usually within 1 - 5 days if not earlier

Shipping Time: can take between 3 - 20 days depending where you are located. Shipping varies between different shipping options and location. Please refer to more information below!


Due to the nature of the product, cancellations is only allowed within the first hour of purchase. Cancellations are not allowed during sales.


Because of the nature of the product, refunds are not possible. If the product(s) did not meet your expectation, please reach out to me at (at) I want to do my best to have great customer satisfaction! 


Exchanges are given when items are damaged during shipment. Please email me at (at) if this happened to you. These are the options given:

- Refund in store credit for the damaged item

- Resend replacement item

    Shipping Policies

    By default, everything will be shipped out via First Class Stamps to keep the cost down, especially for the international customers! As a result, there will not be a tracking number by default. On top of this, it means a little bit of an extended shipping time. These are all flat-fees, including the international and domestic upgrades. 

    Due to the variation of tracked shipping cost for international mail, a shipping refund will be given when possible.
